I provide a welcoming and openhearted space for you to reconnect to your Self.

My approach to psychotherapy is trauma focused. What this means is my work centers around how developmental and relational wounds from your past show up in the present.

These wounds can present themselves in the form of disconnection, anxiety, depression, emotion dysregulation, self-criticism, shame, low self-esteem, people pleasing, perfectionism, and even chronic illness.

Together, we will explore how you had to adapt to get to where you are, and how these adaptations may be getting in the way of you living more fully and authentically in the present moment.

While you can’t change what happened to you in the past, you can change your relationship to it and the impact it has on you and your loved ones. Working together, we will discover new ways of reacting, responding, and experiencing.
